CONSOLE Return policy
We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your recently purchased console or handheld.
At The Cavern, we do our best to make sure that each video game console and handheld is in working order.
However, things can happen, and we would like to make it right.
Below are the conditions that must be met for a video game console to be returned:
1) The video game console or handheld must be defective or not working.
(Sorry, but at this time we will not accept video game consoles for return unless they are defective.)
2) The video game console or handheld must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
3) The warranty (void if removed) sticker on the video game console must not be removed or tampered with.
4) If the video game console or handheld has been broken, dropped, exposed to water, or damaged by liquid, The Cavern reserves the right to refuse the return.
